People can encourage you, people can believe in you, people can clap for you, but real confidence has to be built inside of you.
How Confidence Gets Built
SPEAKER_00Confidence comes from showing up when you don't feel like showing up. Confidence comes from trying again after you missed. Confidence comes from doing the work when nobody is watching. Confidence comes from keeping your word to yourself.
Why Starting Comes Before Confidence
SPEAKER_00A lot of people want confidence before they start. But confidence doesn't work like that. Confidence usually shows up after you start, after you practice, after you failed and got back up, after you kept going when excuses are trying to talk you out of your future.
Earn It Through Small Wins
SPEAKER_00You do not become confident by wishing. You become confident by working. You become confident by facing what scares you. You become confident by building small wins every single day until your mind starts to believe what your actions have been proving. That is why confidence is earned. It's earned through effort. It's earned through discipline. It's earned through consistency. It is earned through the decision to stop waiting for permission and start moving with purpose.
Stand Differently After The Work

Earn it in your habits, earn it in your attitude, earn it in your preparation, earn it in your decisions, earn it in the way you refuse to quit on yourself.
