THE MIRROR CANT SEE A CHAMPION
What does a champion really look like? Somewhere along the way, we've been sold a lie that champions must appear confident, polished, and perfect. But the truth runs much deeper than any surface reflection
Life is waiting for you each day and you have to prepare for each challenge along the way towards success. It's not simple, but it can be done. Welcome to my Common Sense Motivation episodes. I'm Chris Fantastic Powell.
Speaker 1:The mirror can't see a champion. Today's message is for the fighter in you, the one who's still standing, still swinging, even when life hits hard. Let's talk about what a champion really looks like, Because somewhere along the way, the world fooled us into thinking that champions come in one style they always look polished, confident and perfect. But let me tell you something Champions don't come a certain way, they don't look a certain way. They don't act a certain way. Some don't look a certain way, they don't act a certain way. Some of the greatest champions walk into the room quietly, carrying the weight of the storm on their back, but their spirit refuses to break.
Speaker 1:You might be looking in the mirror today and thinking I don't see strength, I don't look like a winner, I don't feel like I'm enough. But here's the truth Mirrors lie. They don't show the fire in your soul. They don't reflect your fight, your journey or the way you refuse to quit when everything in life tells you to give up. The mirror can't measure heart. It can't calculate courage. It doesn't know what you've gone through to survive. So I need you to hear me clearly. Whether it's a struggle of a lost business, starting over in life from failures, losing a loved one, overcoming health challenges, whatever it is you're facing setbacks or just the weight of life. The mirror doesn't define you. You do. You're not done yet. You're still in the ring. You're still breathing. That means you're still in the fight.
Speaker 1:So stop looking for confirmation on the outside to see if you're okay, you are. Start declaring victory from the inside. Life changes and so do you Adapt, Because a true champion is made long before the trophy, the title or the applause. A true champion is made in silence, In the tears no one sees, In the discipline when no one's watching, In the decision to get up just one more time.
Speaker 1:And let me say this clear again the mirror only reflects a champion when it's looking at someone like you. So straighten up, stand back on your feet, wipe what life circumstances have flashed in front of your face, lock in and refuse to quit, Because, no matter what it looks like right now, believe me when I say you are learning, you are growing and you're becoming exactly who you were meant to be. This is a reminder Never give up because someone else may need your help going through life and you can help. Never give in. Life is always testing you and training you to become who you were meant to be. And remember real champions are built from the inside out. Make it happen. I'm Chris Fantastic Powell. Thank you for listening.
