Speaker 1:Some were rushing to work, others were just walking, lost in thought, and a few sat on nearby benches staring at their phones waiting for something to happen. Mr Work watched closely before speaking. See them Some are working hard, pushing forward and making things happen. They know what they want and they're willing to put in the effort. Mr Opportunity leaned back, shaking his head. Yeah, but how many of them are actually ready for me? I pass by people every single day, but most don't even notice me. They're too distracted, too scared or just not prepared. Mr Work nodded. That's because they think they have more time. They tell themselves they'll start tomorrow, next week or even next year, but by the time they think they're ready, you're already gone. Mr Opportunity sighed Exactly. I don't wait around, I knock, but if you don't answer, I move on. The ones who have been putting in the work, the ones who stay steady, they're the ones who grab me before it's too late.
Speaker 1:Hard work prepares you for opportunity. You don't get to choose when it comes, but you do get to choose whether you're ready. You can sit and wait, hoping something good happens, or you can start working now so that when your moment arrives, you're ready to grab it. Mr Work and Mr Opportunity are characters that represent two different stages of achieving success in life. Mr Work symbolizes effort, persistence and discipline. He shows that opportunities come and go quickly and you have to spot them and take action fast, because they won't stick around.
