DONT AIM LOW AIM HI
Are you living life merely getting by, or are you daring to dream big?
Aim high and miss is better than aiming low and hitting your goal. I'm sure you've heard this many times. Many people set easy goals just so they can say I did it. But what does that really do for you? If your goals don't push you, challenge you or help you grow, then you're just playing it safe. Aiming low and hitting your goal is not success, it's settling. Instead, dream big. Set goals that stretch you beyond what you think is possible. Even if you miss, you'll still be in a better place than where you started. When you aim for something big, you build skills, strength and resilience. You learn and grow and improve. Having no clear goal makes you follow trends, chasing the latest ideas. Without any real direction, without a vision, you go wherever life takes you instead of shaping your own future. But when you aim for something great, you take control of your destiny. Set goals that elevate you and others. Think about how achieving them will change your life and inspire those around you. Don't just aim to get by. Aim to transform, to make a difference and to create a future that excites you. Even if you don't hit the exact target, you'll land somewhere far greater than where you started. So aim high, dare to dream. Miss big if you have to, because even your miss will be greater than a low target achieved. Here's a story dream beyond the ceiling.
Speaker 1:Jason was stuck in a routine wake up, go to work, come home, scroll through social media, sleep and repeat. He had ideas, dreams of starting his own business, traveling the world and making an impact, but he kept telling himself I'll do it someday. One evening Jason met his old friend, mike, a successful entrepreneur, over coffee. Mike asked what's your goal? Jason shrugged I just want to get by. Maybe get a small promotion, nothing crazy. Mike shook his head. That's aiming low, my friend, you're playing it safe. If you only aim to get by, you'll never grow. Aim for something big. Even if you don't hit it, you'll still end up ahead. That night Jason couldn't sleep. He thought about the people he admired. Their success wasn't an accident. They had set bold goals. They aimed high. So Jason decided to take a chance. He started waking up early to work on his business idea. He read books, took courses and connected with people who were already successful.
Speaker 1:It wasn't easy. He failed, lost money and almost quit many times. But each time he missed he learned. Each failure brought him closer to success. A year later, he launched his business once again. It wasn't perfect, but it was growing. He looked back at his old life and realized, had he aimed low, he'd still be stuck Because he aimed high. Even his failures had taken him further than he ever imagined. The lesson If you aim low, you might hit your target, but you'll never rise. Aim high and even if you miss, you'll still land in a better place. Make it happen. I'm Chris Fantastic Powell. Thank you for listening.
